1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how "Omoide-Tap" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "the App"), operated by Nawawa Japan (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, protects, and handles your personal information when you use our web application and services.

2. Information We Collect

When you log in to the App using your Google account via OAuth 2.0, we collect the following basic profile information provided by Google:

  • Email Address: Used for account identification and, ONLY with your explicit consent, for sending important updates, VIP offers, or promotional information.
  • Name: Used to personalize your experience within the App.

3. Use of Google Drive API (Strict Limited Use Policy)

Omoide-Tap requests access to your Google Drive via the drive.file scope. We take your privacy very seriously and strictly adhere to the following rules:

  • Creation, Upload & Deletion: Omoide-Tap will ONLY create and upload new photos/videos to your Google Drive, and may delete them exclusively when you explicitly request this via the App's delete feature.
  • No Access to Personal Files: Omoide-Tap CANNOT and WILL NOT read, view, modify, or delete any of your existing personal files, folders, or data in your Google Drive.
  • Public Link Accessibility (Required for Guest Viewing): To allow guests (users who tap your NFC card without a Google account) to view photos and videos, uploaded files are configured as "Anyone with the link can view" on Google Drive. Files remain exclusively in your Google Drive and are never stored on our servers. You can revoke this permission at any time directly within Google Drive settings.
  • Browser Storage (localStorage & IndexedDB): To maintain your login session, the App temporarily stores your Google OAuth access token in your browser's localStorage (automatically expires within approximately 1 hour). Videos may be cached in the browser's IndexedDB for smoother playback. This data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
  • No Server Storage: Your photos are saved directly to your Google Drive. We DO NOT store your photos on our servers.
  • Compliance with Google Policy: Omoide-Tap's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

We retain your email address and name only as long as necessary to provide you with our services. You can revoke the App's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account's Security settings (Third-party apps with account access). Upon revocation, we will no longer have access to upload files to your Drive.

5. No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or Google Drive data to any outside parties. Your data is strictly used for providing the Service's core functionality.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights or request the complete deletion of your account data from our database, please contact us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Nawawa Japan（以下「当社」といいます）が運営する「Omoide-Tap」（以下「本サービス」または「当アプリ」といいます）を利用する際にお客様の個人情報をどのように収集、利用、保護するかを定めるものです。

2. 収集する情報

お客様がOAuth 2.0を通じてGoogleアカウントで本サービスにログインする際、以下の基本情報を収集します。

  • メールアドレス： アカウントの識別、および「お客様が明示的に同意された場合に限り」VIPオファーや重要なお知らせの送信に使用します。
  • 名前： 本サービス内でのパーソナライズされた体験を提供するために使用します。

3. Google Drive APIの利用について（厳格な限定利用）

本サービス（Omoide-Tap）は drive.file スコープを通じて、お客様のGoogle Driveへのアクセス権限を要求します。お客様のプライバシー保護のため、以下の厳格なルールを遵守します。

  • 保存・アップロード・削除専用： Omoide-Tapは、当アプリ経由で追加された新しい写真や動画をお客様のGoogle Driveに保存・アップロードする目的、およびお客様がアプリの削除機能を通じて明示的に要求した場合にのみ削除する目的にのみアクセス権限を使用します。
  • 既存ファイルへのアクセス不可： Omoide-Tapが、お客様のGoogle Drive内にある既存の個人的なファイル、フォルダ、データを読み取ったり、変更したり、削除したりすることは「一切ありません」。
  • 公開リンクによるゲスト閲覧： NFCカードをタップしたゲストが写真・動画を閲覧できるよう、アップロードされたファイルは「リンクを知っている全員が閲覧可能」に設定されます。ファイルはお客様のGoogle Drive内にのみ保管され、当社サーバーには保存されません。
  • ブラウザストレージ（localStorage・IndexedDB）： ログインセッション維持のため、Google OAuthアクセストークンをブラウザのlocalStorageに一時保存します（約1時間で自動失効）。いずれもお客様の端末上にのみ保存され、当社サーバーへの送信は一切ありません。
  • 自社サーバー非保存： お客様の写真は直接Google Driveに保存されます。当社のサーバーに写真データが保存されることはありません。
  • Googleポリシーへの準拠： Omoide-TapがGoogle APIから受け取った情報の使用は、Google APIサービスのユーザーデータポリシーに厳格に準拠します。

4. データの保存と連結の解除

当社は、本サービスを提供するために必要な期間のみ、お客様のメールアドレスと名前を保持します。お客様は、ご自身のGoogleアカウントの「セキュリティ設定」から、いつでも当アプリへのアクセス権限を解除することができます。

5. データの第三者への非提供

当社は、取得した個人情報およびGoogle Driveのデータを、いかなる第三者にも販売、取引、譲渡することはありません。

6. お客様のプライバシー権

お客様は、当社が保持するご自身の個人データへのアクセス、訂正、または完全な削除を要求する権利を有します。下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

7. 未成年者のプライバシー

当社のサービスは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
